This place is GOD AWFUL....

Just checked in, service is good, upgraded to a Golf View Room Suite, 600 building. I was told this is one of the best suites in the house.

Suite appears so dated, beat up and run down... AND WHAT IS WITH THE BLACK CARPET!!! In a room that is already dark??? And Hyatt could not invest in central air, so you have these tacky, noisy portable air conditioners?

Who is the idiot who did this?

NO I will not hold an event at this hotel... I would be totally mortified and embarrassed, the Hyatt World sucks in Monterey.
