If I want to downgrade CSP to Freedom, and also want to reallocate part of the credit limit from a new CSR to that old CSP/Freedom, is there any particular order I need to do the downgrade & reallocation? (e.g., will the downgrade prevent me from doing a reallocation within a certain time period, or vice versa?)
