Yes, if you have a European passport. You will need to make an appointment to have everything checked and your iris scanned, this is all done in the Privium Club Lounge and is usually a matter of minutes. Privium is the best investment if you travel through Amsterdam from non-Schengen frequently, no waiting time whatsoever.
