Once they start on the explanation of how to fasten a seat belt, it of course has everybody put it "ignore". So then they lighten it up with comedy, which is useless for presenting information.

And let us not go into the advertisements that are embedded at the the start by many airlines.

If they want a REAL safety video; cut the fluff, hammer the important points and not how to fasten a seat belt.
