EK IT. Anyone Else Having Problems Printing E-Ticket Receipt
Hi All
Have been having this issue for the past week or so now. Was mainly trying to do it on my work computer but have tried three different computers now and is also the same on the iPhone App.
When I select 'Print', a new browser page opens as has in the past and all I get is a page with no passenger or flight information on it. Anyone else having this issue? I have submitted feedback to EK to see if they can fix it or give me a solution but after trying different computers, surely just can't be me......Image attached of what I'm getting.....
