Spoke with the concierge re opening times, best time to visit etc (in the summer a early visit was recommended, that may be different in cool January). Concierge offered a hotel car whilst saying a taxi would be a lot cheaper.

Used the taxi option. Outbound on a meter I recall it was under 50 Yuan. On return all the taxi drivers were insisting on a fixed fee, eventually agreed 60 Yuan for the return journey.
