Checked it with SCB CS, yes it is. As with previous promos I believe it's possible to combine other non-Worldmiles points balances in for redemption.

I think it's a one-off waiver only so I'll wait til 31 Oct to do it.
Not exactly last day but I advise doing it today so you can check on it on Monday

Yes can combine other cards' 360reward points
