I tried to do that for my flight to Shanghai tomorrow. After taking a picture, it immediately comes back and shows the expiration date seen on the Visa and asks me to confirm. It then goes to a screen "Verifying Information" which could take up to 5 minutes. After about 1 minute it comes back with "please retry again, unable to read the document". I've retried more than 20 times to make sure the lighting is perfect and the image is clear.

I called United .com support and they were absolutely no help. Said I was doing everything right and to try again when I get to the airport.

Anyone else tried to use this??
