Crappy ramen at a "Japanese ramen and sushi restaurant" that's clearly just a mediocre Chinese restaurant establishment that's trying to punch above its weight.
Pork tastes like Chinese roast pork instead of Japanese chashu. Too much noodles for the amount of soup - and pretty poor quality noodles. (Though at least cooked al dente.) Odd assortment of toppings - raw cabbage, corn, Chinese seaweed, one slice of fish cake, raw bean sprouts. Only saving grace is the 1/2 egg that's cooked pretty perfectly soft-boiled.
