This is on a 77W on AA #039 from LHR to MIA. Tripcase still shows the SWU request.

Called the EXP line and they said it still shows as requested and must be a "web glitch".
Not an SWU but on a miles+copay upgrade on the same route, the website/app changed sometimes to "Not offered" from "confirmed" depending on when I looked. The next day, it would change back. I chalked it up to a glitch as my seat assignment never changed.
