I would walk because you can do it all airside. The bus runs sporadically, and you would have to reclear security at TBIT. I've done T6 to TBIT in about 20 minutes. T7 to T6 is above ground. T6 -> T4 is below ground. T4 -> TBIT uses the new above ground connector. There are probably some threads about this over in the UA forum.
