The bill is HKD 33,000 (which can be split into two installments) which means at $1.5625/ AM should equate to 21k AM but there is a maximum $400 RewardCash limit at X16. My Maths doesn't take me to the level to work this out but I guess 1st installment should go to HSBC (approx $16,500) and 2nd to CITI.
Why doesn't the HSBC RC Calculator have this promotion on? All the promotions listed are old. Makes things very hard to work out. At CITI as it is over $20k I could get $3/ AM for the whole amount. Which option is better? (If you could PM me the calculations so I can work this out for myself in future it would be much appreciated)
