St Regis Changsha, Hunan, China [Master Thread]
This property currently has a planned opening date of December 29, 2016. I'll be in Changsha probably on the 31st or very early January.

Does anyone have any knowledge on the completeness of this property? What's the probability that it will be open on the 29th as planned?

Any information would be appreciated,
