Ahh you probably right Tim. I will check. Not sure where I got 13th from.
I sent an email to Ambassador desk and they came back with very vague 'non denial/denial' statements basically committing to 'not a lot' but hoping I would renew at the right level!!!!
Fortunately almost all of my nights are IC's so fingers crossed but the new randomness is not a motivator.
Seems a counter intuitive adjustment given the content of the presentation that shows RA's basically spend more as a result of....well being RA's. And given my own experience since 2006 I'd say that was true.
