My point is for them to stop using these arbitrary made up names that most people don't understand. Instead of calling the zones "Prem" or "Sky" or "Prancing Unicorns" and lumping the CC Snowflakes in "Zone 1" just call it what it is... "We are now boarding DMs" and "We are now boarding PM and GM" and "We are now boarding CC holders, and after that will board Zone 1." The silly names cause the confusion.
