YBM is already Economy Flex on Air France; you already have to pay [considerably] more than for MiNi or Standard in order to book an Economy Flex ticket.

This is the scheme that is already in place.

You seem to think that any fare class (X/G/V/N/R/E/Q/A/S/W/T/L/H/K/U/M/B/Y) can be bought as either a MiNi/Light, a Standard/Clasic, or a Flex type fare [à la Aegean]. This is not stated here, though.
Exactly, and it is already going on at least on the Spanish market, that they perhaps use as a test market. Fare basis Y3WK0ES9 from MAD to CDG is 548.50 EUR each way (+ taxes but there is no YQ) and it is non changeable, non refundable, no luggage included. But it should earn 200% FB miles

On other markets currently, expensive fares are only available as flex but flex fares are not an option for lower class, as an option with a fixed fare difference as presented here.

So even if it is not stated in the slide posted in this thread, I really fear that Y can be sold as light and X can be sold as flex, and YFlex-Ylight = XFlex-Xlight.
