I am planning a trip that gives me a 1 hour connect in TBS from TK to LOT. Does anyone know if this is do-able?

Assuming that you are not on separate tickets, a 1 hour connection at IST should be fine. Most likely the TBS flight will departs a little late - most flights from IST do that and the schedules take a slight delay into account.
There are 3 daily flights from IST to TBS so if you misconnect you will just be booked on the next flight. Indeed, if you are booked on the 1PM flight the next will be around 9PM but it is not the end of the world IMO.
