My best guess is it has something to do with flexibility of swapping different 763s on the route. I'm shocked that a GS on an instrument-supported upgrade to GF didn't clear though - were there pax in the cabin?

e.g. UA940 tonight is still showing F0, with 0/6 booked in the Global First cabin.
