I've recently been on Brussels Airlines' RAK-BRU service and was advised at check-in that as *G I would be able to use the Convives de Marque lounge. We followed the signposts and arrived at two tiny lounges. The door staff of both denied they were the Convives de Marque lounge and at their outfits *G, SEN or HON was not admitted ("We do not accept any cards, just business class"). This left us clueless and we didn't push things any further as neiter lounge seemed attractive. I bought food and drink on board instead for 20 Euros. Two questions:
1. Are you aware of any LH/SN/* lounges at RAK?
2. Do you think SN will refund me the 20 Euro on-board expenditure? My argument is that had I been admitted to the lounge we would have had our drink and sandwich there - for free)
