Obviously I agree in a sense, but after BA has paid a few £75 ADR fees, or the £500 minimum cost of MCOL, I suspect even BA would wake and smell the coffee / bacon bap. So I do hope the afflicted would persist, or nothing will change. Unless you can come up with a better solution?

The alternative solution is to empower the senior crew member to deal with it without money, form filling, legal cases etc being required. Surely that's common sense?
I do sense this is all getting a bit contrived now.
