Honestly, nobody I know has that sort of time on their hands, nor should have to go through the bother of adding insult to injury by actually giving BA extra money for their catering screw up in the hope that the useless customer service might possibly reimburse you, or that if they don't you might start an amicable and/or if necessary legal procedure to get the cost of your £4.50 sandwich back.
