I have sat in 2J more than a dozen times. It's totally fine. Remember, there is no "active" galley in front. There is also quite a distance between row 2 and the lavs. The galley used for service is behind the DeltaOne cabin (or between cabins on the -200).
Just remember, service is back to front. So, you do get served last. Not a huge issue for me; but it does bother some.
