Anyone have experience submitting a claim for stolen luggage?
Hi all,
On a very recent flight I had some items stolen from my checked luggage. I've submitted a claim with AC and am currently in the claims process with Amex (Amex gold business). I'm just wondering if anyone else has successfully submitted a claim and gotten reimbursed by either AC or Amex? I'm currently quite skeptical (of AC at least), and would appreciate any experiences you have to share about the process/timeline/etc.
