If a member of the HHA has Silver status or above, Avios will not expire.
Otherwise, each individual members account is considered separately, and has a 36 month count down from last activity.
Remember a HHA is just a wrapper put around individual BAEC accounts, with the HHA balance being the live total of the individual account balances.
