Do they have the retracting armrests downstairs? That's the biggest difference in the seats. Though the center console is also wider, with a little cubby where you can store things like phone, kindle, etc. There's none of that on the 772 seat.
There are differences but also similarities. If UA can utilize some components it should reduce overall costs to roll out to the fleet of 19 more quickly.
