This is just the existing Air France Economy Europe with "Economy Mini" renamed Light and "Economy Classic" renamed Standard.

The only difference seems to be that MiNi/Light can now be modified for a fee of €70 in the following markets only: NL, BE, LU, UK, IE, NO, SE, DK, FI, ES.
