What is the definition of the departure time?
Looking just now at the Heathrow website to see when my delayed MAN-LHR incoming flight left and it says 12:52.

When exactly is 12:52?
When the doors close, it leaves the gate, leaves the taxiway and accelerates, leaves the ground etc.?
