The 77G fleet (Version 5) consists of 9 Hawaiian 772 and 10 IPTE 772A. Each of IPTE 772A has 40 lied-flat J seats, which give you a total of 400 seats. The 19 fleets with 28 J seats each require 532 J seats. So, the entire conversion will not be completed before the Polaris conversion starts unless UA also uses some seats from 3-class 763s where they are converted to two classes.
