I've just booked to fly from VCE to BKK on the 27th December and back on the 4th January on QR. I have booked positioning flights with BA and I'm concerned that the connection times are too tight on separate tickets. Details as follows:

LGW - VCE arriving 15-45 (BA2584)
VCE - DOH, departing 17-40 (QR126)

So a connection time of 1h55 on separate tickets.

The return connection is tighter still, arriving 11-20 on QR and departing on BA at 12-25 so 65 minutes. I'm less concerned about this however than the outbound.

Would it make sense to change the BA flights to allow longer connection times? Any advice and anyone with experience of connecting at VCE?
