If by this you mean your overall charge was YYZ-Middle East (e.g., 80K roundtrip in Y) than YYZ-Asia 2 (e.g., 90K roundtrip in Y) then, yes, you were charged incorrectly and should keep that one to yourself.
Just be aware that if you have benefited from an AP error, you may get caught out if you decide to make a change later (depends upon how observant the agent is).
