as for flights on orbitz, never for me. to CO's benefit, i have chosen a particular flight and many times been told on the next page that a LOWER fare has been found. could be stupid on their part, but cool for me.
I just booked an AA ticket and was told the fare had dropped by $5. Sounded great to me, even though it was just $5 - there's the booking fee almost absorbed.
So, it's not just a fare increase that can occur on orbitz...
