While dining at the Amanusa (wonderful food) we had a chance to speak to the GM of the hotel. They only had 3 rooms of 14 (IIRC) occupied and we ask the GM if there was any way to get a discount and he politely said no and that they never discount even if they have zero occupancy. If you manage to get a discount let us know. This was a in Dec 2002.
