I'm taking my son to visit his grandma in Boothbay Harbor the first week in August. Managed to score two transcon (SEA-CVG-MHT) F awards on DL at the standard rate using CO miles, so I'm happy. My son (10 years old) got upgraded with me on a CO transcon once before and he's never stopped talking about it, so this will be his big summer surprise/treat. Don't worry, he's a better-behaved passenger than half the adults I spend time with up front... he knows to please-and-thank-you the FAs for everything.
