A lot of the negative feedback I have read has been about the SIXT location @ the Westin Hotel. It seems they have since opened a new location N. of the rental car center on S. Airport Rd.
I have used SIXT in Europe before, but never in the states.
Any updated feedback/experiences are appreciated.
