All IB long haul has fully flat seat/bed, however there are older configurations that aren't as appealing. I wouldn't count on aircraft not changing between now and May...

IMO all IB J configurations are better than Air France J. Air France F might be a different discussion. And that's before considering you'd earn Avios or AA miles and status credit, versus earning useless AF or some other Skyteam miles.
