Rented from DFW back earlier this month. Booked LCAR and got a Cadillac CTS which was fully loaded. Enquired about something German only to hear my options were an X5 or A6 (the CTS is a better drive than either of these personally).

No queue (was at about 5pm on a Wednesday). Usual sale push for toll tag and extended roadside assistance. I took both as I was doing a fair bit of driving in the DFW and Houston areas and are not familiar with local roads - probably would have saved money through not having them even at $5 processing charge/toll.

Overall it was a decent experience and I'd use them again.
