If you choose window, your concern may be lack of headroom as you pass sideways through the narrow entrance to that seat, between the aisle seats. You'll know if this is less/more difficult for you, if also having to bend in order not to hit the overhead.
In an aisle seat, I assume that you won't want (nor be allowed) to have your feet 'trailing' in the aisle, so while no greater legroom, you will gain on easier access/egress due to the unrestricted headroom.
