The HHonors redemption call center only in the Philippines now? I have called over multiple days and at different hours and seem to always get routed there as HH Gold.

In general it half the time the agents don't understand my request (typical American English accent), and don't understand how to help me. When they do it takes forever to get something simple done.

Unfortunately I have had to call them multiple times to make changes to the Citi HH certificate stay and let's just say I need to block off a lot of time to make a simple change.

Any way to get a call center in another part of the world?
