They are also willing to help with any other Chase cards and went so far as set an outlook reminder to call me next week when they hear back from marketing on upgrading my freedom Visa platinum to signature. For some reason it would only let him change to regular sapphire signature and we didn't want to do that.
Strange, today they answered as JP Morgan. Regardless their exec team is fantastic, they don't waste time.
As for CC spending, I usually keep revolving amounts on my CC's (less than 10% of my cl) and I have decided to strictly use the JP Reserve for everything. Besides my AMEX (biz stuff and travel) this is my only other card. I have 4 AU in total on it, and I warned each AU to only make big spending purchases on it hahaha
