A ten day vacation/mileage run covering Brazil, Chile, Hong Kong and Japan. This will be the second of three trips as part of my First Class Oneworld Explorer RTW ticket.

In detail:

July 15: JFK-LAX on American, overnighting at the Westin LAX
July 16: LAX-LIM-SCL on Lan Chile
July 17: SCL-GRU-GIG on Lan Chile, staying for three nights at the Sheraton Barra
July 20: Switch to Copacabana Palace Hotel for final night in Rio
July 21: GIG-GRU-SCL on Lan Chile, overnight at San Cristobal Tower Hotel
July 22: SCL-LIM-JFK on Lan Chile
July 23: JFK-HKG on Cathay Pacific's new non-stop flight
July 24: Arrive in HKG, staying for two nights at Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel and Towers
July 26: HKG-NRT on Cathay Pacific, connecting to NRT-JFK on American (this is a separate first class award ticket)

A long trip, but but made necessary by the fact that I will am not allowed two stopovers in North America and, as such, must depart the continent within 24 hours of my arrival from Chile.

For the rest of the Summer, I will hopefully spend most weekend at my parent's beach house in Rhode Island.
