You do not say if you have a long transfer both ways or just one way nor what time you are in DOH. Flight numbers would have been helpful.
You should look at the Wiki on http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/qatar...unges-hia.html and follow the links there to Al Mourjan lounge. There are resting rooms with a recliner to the right upon entry into the lounge and rather noisy, light and open 'family' rooms with a sofa to the left and through the buffet. There are luggage boxes for hand luggage to the right upon entry, thus you avoid having to carry it around if you leave the airport.
