Glad to know that I am not the only freak out in the world trying to spread the joy while expecting nothing in return. Now, if you are buying ice cream in the summer months for your staff, just let me know when to come by

Stinger, I do understand what you are saying about bad apples. I just seem to run into very few myself. I'd like to think it's my attitude to them first that takes the edge off given the apathy that some of the staff can't help but feel. On that note, I'm not suggesting that you give anyone a hard time and you are right, you deserve good customer service even if you just walk on and take your seat without saying a word. I was just sharing more of my attitude towards life than just the AC agents.

I don't exercises nearly enough so I try to keep the stress on my heart down other ways
You Albertans are so darn nice.

My comments were specifically for those bad apples. Not the other 95% that I get along fine with. Just ask the FA from YYC who was transferred to YYZ and sat at the back of the dash 8 with me on the way to the YAM last week. I filled her in on everything that was going on within AC. As well, I helped her with the airport codes on her schedule for the next four days. She was very nice and friendly and has taken a transfer to YYZ just to keep her job as she can't imagine being anything other than an FA.
