Just price up as mixed cabin flight-only, then add the car when prompted in the booking process - it will reprice as a BA Holiday.
Note that when I did this, I lost the ability to just pay a deposit at the time, but I was awarded On Business points.
(The charge was debited form my card as a single line, as opposed to air tickets that would go through as 5 separate items).
