fully agree - always the chinese companies. and yes, would also prefer more of the HR's and GH's vs PH. Hotel rates in the L.A. area are already very high... and a PH does not help.

The only affordable L.A.-area hotel is Orange County and Newport Beach with my Corporate Rate, or only on a P+C basis. even the HH and HP's are really expensive for what they are.
