Very sad to hear. But i do believe i hear this happens often especially where there is hot weather. Reality is some people don't realise they are handling such precious cargo.

My only rule i abide to is to try avoid sending during the Summer months. I am an animal lover and I know how humid and hot Taiwan gets, so it would be a big no no for me what ever airline it was.
