I thought I had pre-specified e-CR1, but I went through a corporate travel agent rather than talking directly to MP, so perhaps they gave the wrong information. I'll try your suggestion transpac.

But I also agree with daffydevil - it seems that EasyCheckin could easily give you the option at that point.
