If I book a YCA fare through Delta on AF metal, will that book into AF Y? Can I upgrade a flight on AF metal booked through Delta with FlyingBlue miles?

My end goal is somehow trying to figure out the best way to use FlyingBlue (Chase UR) points to upgrade. I have no flexibility with booking my ticket as it has to be booked through my organization's travel portal with the YCA fare (Delta) - the only option I have is to choose DL or AF metal.
