Hello,

I recently opened and was approved a BoA Virgin card. I did not have a Virgin Atlantic Frequent Flyer number prior to the application and left that field blank. I received my card but still haven't received my Virgin frequent flyer information. I call BoA and they said they don't know what it is and I should contact Virgin. I contacted Virgin and they can't find any account with my information in their systems.

My mistake that I didn't create my frequent flyer account prior to account opening. How would I now be able to access my miles?
