Checked in late last night. So far we are experiencing a very pleasant stay.

I reached out to the hotel prior to our arrival, also because of the sudden closure of the pool (not announced when I made the reservation).

We were "comped" with a guaranteed upgrade to a signature suite with a connecting prestige room for our children (reservation was for 2 prestige rooms) and extra breakfast.

I will report back after the weekend but so far we are pretty happy!
