True but I'm an example of a customer who still has one foot in the door and who can still be saved if some fast action is taken. And I'm not as concerned with the SM's changes as I am with the RJ proliferation. Fully a third of my recent flights are on WN solely to avoid RJ's. I'll make PM the old fashioned way in 2004/2005 due to some sleight-of-hand but the $$$'s I put in DL's pockets are rapidly declining.
